I am Rupert Honywood and I formed Honywood Solutions to offer a range of services to small, medium and well established businesses alike, having seen what can go wrong for businesses and what can go right and make businesses flourish.

Having personally formed and ran a number of companies over the last 20 years employing up to 65 staff, I understand the importance of investment in technology, good people management and appreciate and the value of attracting the right type of customers and business partners who are profitable and can transform the business.

The right type of Supplier relationships are often under valued. Unfortunately my experiance is that the larger the company, the worse the service and the greater the likelyhood of being grossly overcharged or locked into unfair or ristrictive agreements. To this end, my personal objective is help businesses save potentially £1000's a month on their costs to allow much more opportunity to add value, grow and maximise profits.

Other areas of which I feel passionately about is helping companies to maximising marketing exposure predominately at low cost or for free. Also in this economic climate helping companies with their debtor management has never been so important - which can make or break a business.

I am also well aware that many businesses cannot afford to bring in outside experts.
